This is the front door for any organization that wants Leatherwood to make its parts: private companies, prime contractors and their supply chains, and U.S. Government buyers. Register once, accept our terms once, and someone who knows the work sets up the controlled channel for your drawings.
One form for everyone. If your organization runs its own supplier portal, such as Exostar or PIEE, tell us in the form and we work inside it as well.
How It Works
Three steps, one set of terms.

Register your organization
Business information and a general description of the work. Typed fields only. Nothing on this page accepts a drawing, and that is deliberate.

We confirm and open the channel
Someone who knows the work contacts you within one business day, confirms your registration, and sets up the controlled way to send technical data.
03
You send the drawing, we quote
Quotes hold for 30 days. Commercial orders run on the terms you accepted here, and Government orders run on the contract's own terms, so every quote starts from the same page.
What You Accept
Read once. Applies to every order.
Three documents govern the relationship. You accept them when you register, and each shows the revision you accepted. U.S. Government buyers acknowledge receipt instead, and the contract's own terms govern Government orders.
